Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy and results-driven Growth Manager to lead revenue expansion,

drive customer acquisition, and scale our AI and digital engineering solutions. This role is

perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, business development, and

strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, an

entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for unlocking new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth & Business Expansion:

  • Identify high-impact growth opportunities and execute strategies to scale revenue.

  • Develop and own a data-driven GTM strategy to increase customer adoption.

  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and enterprise clients.

  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Customer-Centric Sales & Solution Selling:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and position AI-driven solutions effectively.

  • Work closely with solution consultants and technical teams to craft tailored value propositions.

  • Conduct high-impact sales presentations and negotiations to close enterprise deals.

  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning:

  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to refine growth strategies.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales assets.

  • Provide data-backed insights to leadership on market shifts, competitive threats, and untapped revenue streams.

  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Work alongside marketing to optimize lead generation strategies and digital campaigns.

  • Partner with product teams to ensure client feedback is integrated into the product roadmap.

  • Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure scalable revenue models and efficient sales processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in growth strategy, business development, or B2B technology sales.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.

  • Experience working with AI, deep-tech, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.

  • Growth & Sales Acumen:

  • Strong ability to develop and execute GTM strategies.

  • Expertise in customer segmentation, pricing models, and sales pipeline management.

  • Familiarity with RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations.

  • Soft Skills & Personality:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

  • Strong ability to think strategically and act tactically.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
